Professional Design
Take comfort in knowing that your Studio Cloud Nine web site will be designed by a professional, degreed Web Designer. Your website will be coded using popular html/css tableless design techniques, which eliminate website bulkiness, and allow for faster loading pages and better search engine results.
Number of Initial Design Concepts
This is the number of initial designs that you will be presented with and given the chance to choose from. You will be able to give feedback and make changes, but once the design is finalized and coding begins, you will be limited to the number of revisions you can make.
Number of Revisions
This is the number of times that you will be offered the chance to give feedback and make changes to your design. Note that the number represents the number of rounds of edits (it is not a limit as to how many edits can be made per round).
Stock Photography
From time to time, we will find it necessary to purchase royalty-free stock photography on your behalf to complete the look and feel of your design. Your one-time start up fee covers this cost.
Content Management System Included
Your website will come equipped with a user-friendly Content Management System, which will allow you to make updates to your website without knowing any HTML or programming. You will be able to use an editor that has the look and feel of a word processor to make text changes, as well as to upload photos, videos, music, and more. Your web designer will work with you on learning this simple interface once your site is launched.
Contact Form Included
It is never a good idea to post your e-mail address on a website, as doing so is like an open invitation for spam attacks. Your website will come with an embedded contact form, helping to prevent spammers from attacking your e-mail and your website. Forms can also come with CAPTCHA, giving your site even more security.
Multimedia Ready
Your website is ready for displaying photo galleries, playing mp3s, videos, and more. Please be sure to let your web designer know early on that you are interested in adding these features to your website.
Blog Included
A blog page is included in your web package and can actually make for a great 1-page Stratus website, or a great link on any business or artist website. Blogs are a great way to make your website a more interactive experience, and can also help drive traffic to your site!
Search Engine Submission and Google Analytics
Once your website is completed and launched, we will submit your website URL to major search engines including Google, Yahoo, AOL, and MSN. You may also request that we set up and activate a google analytics account for you at no extra charge.
Number of Main Navigation Links
This is the maximum number of main links that you will have on your menu bar (example: Home, About, Contact, Products, etc.)
Total Number of Pages
This is the total number of pages that you can have on your website (includes both main links and drop down (sub-menu) links).
Number of E-Mail Accounts
This is the number of E-Mail accounts that you will receive with your web site hosting package. Each E-Mail account comes with a generous 1000 MB of storage. You may purchase additional E-Mail Accounts for a fee of $2.00/month per new e-mail address.
Monthly Price for Web Hosting
Studio Cloud Nine provides web hosting as part of its web design packages, providing clients with a streamlined, one-stop-shop experience. A web host is the actual server space that is houses your website and email out in the worldwide web, and the monthly fee pays for this (think of it like paying rent for internet space). The Monthly price varies with each plan, corresponding with data storage and transfer space needed for different sized websites.
One-time Set-Up Fee
Each website package requires a one-time set up fee, which pays for the initial design and development work for your website. It will only be charged once.
